We offer three types of services

Legal advice

We can provide legal advice via phone and video for people who meet our eligibility test. Please note, while we do our best to prioritise urgent matters we cannot provide same day legal advice and usually have a wait list of at least one week (often longer)

Limited assistance

We can help draft legal documents, including letters and basic court documents subject to our Eligibility Test.

Full legal representation

We can represent people who need a lawyer for their legal matter, subject to our Eligibility Test.

We are a truly national legal service, which means we can help you no matter where you live
